Coleman, Inc. confirmed that this year’s 37th Annual TravelMart Latin America, which is being held September 18 – 20 in Quito, Ecuador, will be supported by many of Latin America’s leading tourism organizations, companies and airlines. Leading the list is the Ecuador Ministry of Tourism which is providing many of the host and welcome services as well as sponsoring the welcome reception. Quito Turismo is joining their Ministry of Tourism colleagues by proving many host services and sponsoring the Closing Party and the Marketplace Café.

Other sponsors include LATAM Airlines Group (Café Co-sponsor), TREN Ecuador (Café Co-sponsor), Metropolitan Touring (Happy Hour Cocktail), Avianca (Closing Reception Co-sponsor), Delta Air Lines (General Sponsor), and seminar sponsors that include Latin American Travel Association (LATA), Rainforest Alliance, and Adventure Travel Trade Association (ATTA).

TravelMart LatinAmerica was inaugurated in Lima, Peru in 1978 and this marks the fifth time that the event will be returning to Ecuador. TravelMart LatinAmerica was last held in Quito in 2008.

The TravelMart LatinAmerica format features an exclusive Select-Match “pre-scheduled appointments system” that arranges meetings between buyers and suppliers in advance. Almost 9,000 business appointments are expected to be pre-scheduled for this year’s event.
