This year’s TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence Awards includes three hotels from the independent, Peruvian-owned Aranwa Hotels: Aranwa Sacred Valley Hotel & Wellness, Aranwa Cusco Boutique Hotel, and Vichayito Bungalows & Tents.

The award celebrates hospitality excellence and is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveler reviews on TripAdvisor.

Earlier this year both Aranwa Sacred Valley Hotel & Wellness and Aranwa Cusco Boutique earned TripAdvisor Travelers’ Choice Awards, making their first appearance to the list of the top 25 in Peru.

Aranwa Sacred Valley Hotel & Wellness, which opened in 2008 is located in a restored 17th Century colonial hacienda on the banks of the Vilcanota River in Urubamba, offers a combination of mystical ancient Inca culture, colonial grandeur, and modern design and comfort.

The two-year-old Aranwa Cusco Boutique Hotel is located in the heart of the Inca city of Cusco and housed in a restored colonial 16th Century mansion. The 43-room hotel offers a rare blend of state-of-the-art modern luxury and comfort served with traditional Peruvian warmth and style.

On Vichayito Beach along Peru’s north coast, lies the idyllic resort Vichayito Bungalows & Tents By Aranwa Hotels, offering a mix of Bedouin-style tents and stilted bungalows all right on the sand with views of the Pacific surf.

“Receiving these awards is a reflection of Aranwa’s commitment to exceptional personalized service, its philosophy of respect for the country’s traditions and heritage, and a genuine passion to share this Peruvian culture with our guests,” noted Gabriel Alvarez, Aranwa’s General Manager.
