Keynote Panel Address: State of the Industry
Join leaders of the travel and tourism industry to hear their perspectives on solutions that will drive growth in the industry and increase satisfaction for travelers. The panel will be moderated by James Shillinglaw, veteran travel journalist and editor in chief, Insider Travel Report, who will steer speakers in a conversational and interactive format covering various industry segments including ideas on ways you can better communicate and partner more effectively to grow the industry overall.
