The St. Regis Mexico City has announced that two members of its concierge team were recognized  with the prestigious Clefs d’Or, the utmost achievement as a concierge.  The crossed gold keys were presented to Jocelyn Aviles and Rogerio Domenge, which they will wear on their lapels to symbolize an unwavering commitment to service.  Half of The St. Regis Mexico City’s esteemed concierge team has now been recognized with Les Clefs d’Or, a significant feat that – in addition to serving as a guarantee of the highest quality service – grants the staff access to the most exclusive services and a savvy network of contacts worldwide.

The St. Regis Mexico City’s concierge desk is led by Arturo Ortiz, chief concierge, who has held Les Clefs d’Or certification for the past ten years.  The acclaimed team is comprised of concierges hailing from Argentina, Mexico, Portugal, Brazil, United States, Germany, Slovakia, and Serbia who speak a variety of languages, including English, Portuguese, French, Italian, German, Mandarin, and Basque.  The diverse backgrounds of the concierge staff serve as a valuable asset to hotel guests during their stays in Mexico City, whether they are traveling on business or leisure.  The hotel’s concierges are trusted resources, offering discerning recommendations and flawlessly handling every guest’s requests with consideration and efficiency.

Jocelyn Aviles, who was recognized with Les Clefs d’Or, earned a degree in Tourism Management from the Escuela Bancaria y Comercial, during which time she also studied in France at L´Institute Vatel.  Aviles has been working as a concierge at The St.

Regis Mexico City since the hotel’s opening in September 2009.  Also bestowed Les Clefs d’Or, Rogerio Domenge became a concierge at The St.

Regis Mexico City in June 2009, prior to the hotel’s opening, after studying hotel management at Centro de Estudios Superiores de San Angel.  Both Aviles and Domenge have honed their skills for the past four years in order to meet the guidelines required of this great achievement along with their unwavering dedication and passion for providing extraordinary service.
