The Grand Case Beach Club set an all-time year-round occupancy record in 2014 with 83%, slightly up from 2013’s record year of 82%. General Manager Steve Wright said a major part of that record was the 45% repeat business.

The Grand Case Beach Club attracted guests from all 50 states, with New York, New Jersey and surprisingly, California in the top three. Europeans represented 14 countries, led by France and a surge from the U.K., which doubled from 2013. The resort continued to be popular with Canadians with 8%.

However, travelers came from as far away as Japan and Australia, South America and the Caribbean to round out the record-breaking year.
