“Always something new” is how General Manager Steve Wright describes the continuing improvements at the Grand Case Beach Club, located on the ocean adjacent to St. Martin’s Grand Case Village, the culinary capital of the island. Following a major $2-million refurbishing and upgrading program completed earlier this year, new touches were added. These range from changing all in-room fabrics including curtains, to most outdoor furniture. New handrails and patio tiles are also included in the mix, which will be ready for the winter season.
Wright works overtime to introduce major and minor touches that enhance a guest’s stay. That dedication, coupled with top-notch service and hospitality, is a major reason the resort sees one of the best repeat guest ratios in the Caribbean.
Grand Case Beach Club has been cited for the fourth consecutive year by Insiders’ Select List, which represents only a small percentage of Expedia’s worldwide clientele. Others include Orbitz, which presented the resort with its “Best In Stay” award; Apple Vacations’ “Golden Apple;” TripAdvisors’ travelers’ comments; and Caribbean Travel & Life readers, who named it one of the best medium-size resorts in the Caribbean.
The property features two beaches; swimming pool; water sports and fitness centers; tennis court; and the Boardwalk that wraps around the hill overlooking the ocean and connects to Sunset Cafe, open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and Happy Hour.
