The web-based travel company Select Italy has expanded its Wine Roads of Italy portfolio in a partnership with Italian wine brand Allegrini.
As pioneers of Veneto wine making since the 16th century, the Allegrini wine family is renowned for its innovative techniques combined with a strong commitment to the indigenous grapes of the region. The Allegrini Experience is a seven-day highly customizable itinerary that immerses travelers in the refined world of this winemaking family. The experience begins in Venice with a tour of the city and a private tasting at the deluxe Wine Suite of the 5-star Hotel Danieli. From Venice, guests will continue to Verona with a stay in the Allegrini family apartment located in the historical center of Verona. The stay includes a private afternoon tour of Verona and dinner reservations at the acclaimed Antica Bottega del Vino. The following day is dedicated to a visit to Allegrini’s Villa della Torre Estate. The itinerary continues in Tuscany with a stay at the five-star resort, Castello di Casole. The two-day Tuscan adventure includes a trip to Montalcino’s San Polo and Poggio al Tesoro Estates.
