Saint Lucia’s Summerlicious program is back and offering deals now until September 30. Participating hotels, resorts and restaurants island-wide are featuring reduced prix fixe menus that offer patrons two course lunches starting at US $13.00 and three course dinners starting at US $23.00.

“Summerlicious offers a great value-added opportunity for visitors to get a real taste of the island,” said Louis Lewis, Director of Tourism for the Saint Lucia Tourist Board. “Fresh local ingredients combined with complex Creole flavors and the skill of award-winning chefs has put Saint Lucia on the map as a dynamic culinary destination.”

Restaurants located at the following hotels are participating: ASPARA and Treehouse Restaurant at Anse Chastanet; Spices at Bay Gardens Hotel; Hi-Tide and Trios at Bay Gardens Beach Resort; Cotton Bay Village and Piano Piano at Cotton Bay Village; Fond Doux Plantation; Dasheene at Ladera Resort; La Haut Restaurant at La Haut Resort; Marigot Beach Club and Dive Resort; St. James Club Morgan Bay, St. Lucia; Chic and L’Epicure at Royal by Rex Resorts; and Ti Kaye Resort & Spa.
