Four Seasons Nashville will open in September 2022 with views of the Cumberland River, just steps away from Broadway. This 5-star property will house 235 accommodations, including 42 suites and two dining destinations.

Hotel Fraye Nashville will open August 18, 2022 and is a Curio Collection by Hilton property located in the bustling Midtown neighborhood – just steps away from Music Row, Vanderbilt University and Downtown.

1 Hotel Nashville (pictured above) opened late last month with 215 rooms and houses over 56,000 individual plants, offering guests a green dream getaway.

Embassy Suites Nashville Downtown opened in June 2022 with 506 spacious suites; it is the largest Embassy Suites in the U.S. and features the tallest rooftop in Nashville.

The luxury Conrad Hotel opened in June 2022 with 234 rooms and is the 3rd franchise of luxury hotel product by Hilton International.

SoHo House opened in February 2022 with 47 hotel rooms in the Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood.
