Elite Island Resorts has announced that following a brief closure for renovations and rebranding, the former Long Bay Beach Resort & Villas in Tortola, BVI, will reopen on October 26, 2013, as the new Long Bay Beach Club.

New and return guests will find that the recent enhancements have created a more romantic and intimate beach club-style atmosphere, centered on the resort’s unparalleled beachfront location as well as its highly personalized service. The 40-room resort now exclusively offers its most popular room categories: beachfront deluxe suites, beachfront rooms and beachfront cabanas.

Long Bay Beach Club’s amenities have also been simplified to focus on providing a superior beach club experience. Remodeled on-property offerings include the 1748 Restaurant & Bar, personal check-in service, tennis courts, a gift shop and the reception and guest services desks. The original swimming pool and pool bar have been discontinued, but a new swimming pool will be added near the beachfront rooms by mid-2014. Also, a new massage treatment cabana will be installed near the beachfront rooms in November 2013.

To celebrate Long Bay Beach Club’s re-launch, Elite Island Resorts is offering its Explore BVI All-Inclusive offer: a five-night, all-inclusive experience that includes beachfront accommodations; all dining and beverages, including beer, wine and spirits; a three-day car rental to explore the island; and one catamaran sailing per person. The total package price based on double occupancy is $2,499. This special offer is available for travel now through December 20, 2014, and must be booked by November 30, 2013.
