The IsramWorld Portfolio of Brands announced the launch of its new South Africa “Helping Hands” Volunteer Program, the first in its brand-new voluntourism series featured in the Belder Gray division.

The program will be offered May 25 to June 7, 2015 and includes volunteer opportunities in schools and local projects, lessons in Xhosa (one of the official languages of South Africa), tours of Cape Town and Johannesburg, game drives in Kapama Private Game Reserve and more.

The program includes: roundtrip airfare from New York, as well as domestic flights and transfers within South Africa; 12 nights’ accommodations in four- and five-star hotels and lodges; daily breakfast buffet and seven dinners; participation in the Volunteer Africa 32 South (Cintsa) and ORT SA Cape Town volunteer programs; private coach tours in Cape Town and Johannesburg; and a two-day safari in Kruger National Park.

“We’re thrilled to be offering this exciting and meaningful program.

And it’s particularly special that Cindy Gelber, daughter of IsramWorld’s CEO and Chairman of the Board, Ady Gelber, was an integral part of the program’s development and will be the tour director for this program,” said Richard Krieger, President of IsramWorld.

Priced at $7,820 per person (land and air), based on double occupancy, the IsramWorld South Africa “Helping Hands” Volunteer Program is the first in Belder Gray’s voluntourism series, with additional programs to follow later in 2015.
