European and Asian guests, plus many from the Caribbean, joined visitors from 47 states to help the Grand Case Beach Club achieve a 92% occupancy, one of the best in the Caribbean, for the first five months of 2012, according to Ronald C. Muzii, president of Muzii & Associates, the resort’s marketing representative.
Guests from Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Norway, and Sweden were represented, along with many others.
In the U.S., New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida have traditionally provided the greatest number of visitors, though California was a strong fifth this year. Muzii attributes the high occupancy to an increasing awareness of the resort among the travel industry and the traveling public. About a 45% annual repeat visitor count has also played an important role, along with awards from Caribbean Travel & Life Magazine, Expedia, Apple Vacations, Orbitz and TripAdvisors’ participants.
The Grand Case Beach Club offers a variety of amenities for its guests, including the Sunset Cafe; swimming pool, island boutique, fitness and watersports centers; two beaches, and the Boardwalk, which wraps around a hill overlooking the ocean and connects to the Sunset Cafe.
Room rates include continental breakfast daily and use of all non-motorized water sports equipment.
