Faith Travel Association has announced plans to host the first “FTA Day” Conference during Travel Exchange in New Orleans, Louisiana on January 19, 2015. FTA will also host a Pavilion at Travel Exchange, which will showcase faith-based travel exhibitors from all over the world.
Attendees of Travel Exchange will be able to participate in FTA’s concentrated professional development seminars, as well as network at sponsored FTA events, and tour the exhibits in the FTA Pavilion, all at no additional charge beyond the initial Travel Exchange registration.
Travel Exchange attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in FTA’s first Speed Appointments session to exchange information about faith-based tours and destinations as well as those who provide services in this growing tourism sector.
“This first conference will give attendees an incredible opportunity to see what the excitement is all about, network with faith-based travel professionals and learn how to cultivate more of this burgeoning niche for themselves,” said Z. Allen Abbott, executive director of Faith Travel Association.
