South African Airways (SAA) confirmed today that Etihad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates, has joined the Voyager airline partner family. Effective immediately, Voyager members are now able to earn miles when traveling on Etihad services.

SAA Voyager members will also be able to redeem miles on Etihad Airways services.

Also, to celebrate the launch of this partnership, travelers will have the opportunity to earn Double Miles when flying on Etihad services through June 30, 2014.
