Bucuti & Tara Beach Resorts have announced a partnership with the top-rate Carte Blanche restaurant, which will have Chef Dennis van Daatselaar preparing a five-course “chef surprise” meal for guests. Fine wines and premium drinks are paired with the meal.

Chef Dennis van Daatselaar received the finest culinary training for six years in Michelin-starred restaurants in his native country, the Netherlands. Prior to opening Carte Blanche in 2010 he worked as a chef and consultant for several restaurants. After introducing the chef’s table concept to Aruba, he partnered with fellow Dutchman Glen Bonset. Since then the restaurateurs have received international praise for their combination of skill and knowledge that entertains guests and pleases their palates. The 14-seat restaurant has become so popular that reservations are required months in advance.

Carte Blanche will be moving to Bucuti & Tara Beach Resorts by January 2013, and open for dinner five nights a week. Bucuti’s beachfront restaurant, led by restaurateur Kurt Hoffmann, will continue to serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, every day of the week as well.
