Tower One at this stunning property opens March 1, 2014; the second tower opens May 2014. The third debuts January 2015. Until Blue Residences broke ground, resort-style rental condos on Aruba were few and far between. Travel trade professionals herald this latest addition to a popular Caribbean destination with a high repeat rate as long overdue, especially for putting multiple families in one place. Bridal parties were equally underserved until now. The added bonus here is being on Eagle Beach, frequently listed as one of the top 10 beaches in the Caribbean. Blue Residences is not a time-share property. The condo units are individually owned. Upscale furnishing packages are regulated, which means the owners must have similar choices.

Room sizes here won’t leave anyone home or scrambling for a nearby hotel to round out the party. Two guests have a 439 Sq. Ft. room with a king-size bed and balcony. The suites have a kitchen, living/dining room, washer/dryer, a balcony and much more. For instance, the one-bedroom suite (581 Sq. Ft.) has two full beds and sleeps four. The two-bedroom (1,020 Sq. Ft) sleeps six. The Penthouse units are upper level and are three-bedroom and five-bedroom accommodations that sleep eight to twelve guests (2,150 – 3,234 Sq. Ft.). All have spectacular ocean views.
