The New York Road Show stop includes an invitation-only reception for the travel trade industry, followed by a presentation at ATA’s highest profile event, the 8th Annual Presidential Forum on Tourism at new York University in front of an audience of representatives from the travel trade industry, aviation and lodging, diplomatic community, academic, think tanks, non-profits, and media. The next day, on Friday, September 27, the New York stop wraps up with a press conference on the festival in which media will have the opportunity to speak to the Minister of Tourism and Culture about the event. The Philadelphia and Atlanta stops include an evening networking reception with a presentation, refreshments and entertainment.
