IWorld of Travel, the legacy travel company serving 80 countries, has announced the opening two additional offices — in Israel and Croatia — for on-the-ground quality control over services, products and prices.

The offices will operate under IWorld of Travel’s affiliate Gelber’s Way, with additional locations opening in Peru, Turkey and South Africa by the end of 2021.

Gelber’s Way was named in memory of Ady Gelber, who founded the business 54 years ago, pioneering tourism to Israel and the Middle East. With son Michael Gelber now at the helm, IWorld is poised for success in a challenging environment. “We continue to adhere to my dad’s belief in focusing on travel advisors,” says Gelber, IWorld of Travel’s Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board.

Croatia-born Alida Paljevic has more than two decades of travel industry experience. As president of Gelber’s Way Croatia, she will be based at IWorld’s new office in Zagreb.

Zehava Bitton was born in Israel and has more than 30 years’ experience with tourism in Israel, Jordan, Egypt and Africa.

As president of Gelber’s Way Israel, she will be based at I World’s new office in Tel Aviv.

As the exclusive GSA for all the Americas, IWorld of Travel will represent the Adriatic King, the Adriatic Queen and Bella, 20- to 40-passenger luxury ships cruising the Adriatic waters of the Croatian coast and its islands. Each cruise will sail to secret inlets, caves and beaches during the day and spend evenings in an array of romantic ports.

It was this coast whose beauty and chic was immortalized in the 1930s by Britain’s King Edward VII and Wallis Simpson. Each ship is available for private charter.
