Mandarin Oriental has announced the appointment of Kelly Mickens as Sales Manager, overseeing Mandarin Oriental, Canouan’s U.S. and Canadian markets. For over a decade, Kelly acquired travel industry expertise selling luxury travel, both as a travel agent and from the hotelier side. Her extensive experience includes posts with Altour, Protravel International, and American Express Travel’s Platinum and Centurion Travel division. Just prior to her appointment with Mandarin Oriental, Kelly was the Sales Manager for Jumby Bay Island in Antigua for over four years. She officially joined Mandarin Oriental, Canouan’s team last month.

A dual native of New Jersey and New York, Kelly received her Bachelor’s degree from Fordham University and is currently based in New Jersey. She will be relocating to the Los Angeles area in Spring 2019, but will remain reachable by email at kmickens@mohg.com, or by phone at 626-246-4541.
