Well-Being Travel, the industry marketing organization dedicated to educating travel professionals about the trend of health, wellness and medical travel, announced the dates for its third annual Well-Being Travel Symposium.
The Well-Being Travel Symposium is an intimate two day conference that will bring together travel professionals with wellness experts, leaders in the wellness tourism market and top travel suppliers that specialize in this niche. The symposium takes place June 15 – 16, 2015 at the International Plaza Hotel & Conference Center in Toronto. Registration is $149 and includes membership to Well-Being Travel; existing Well-Being Travel specialists can take advantage of a discounted $99 rate, inclusive of a one year membership renewal to Well-Being Travel.
“We’re very excited about the return of our Well-Being Travel Symposium,” says Anne Marie Moebes, Executive Vice President of Well-Being Travel. “Our past conferences have been a tremendous success, both for suppliers and agents alike. Suppliers returned home with strong leads and agents returned with a deeper understanding of the market. And for both parties, it converted to sales. We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome and we’re looking forward to seeing it develop even further.”
The Well-Being Travel Symposium provides travel professionals with the opportunity to learn about the multi-billion dollar wellness tourism industry and how to best leverage it to grow their business. The symposium is a forum for attendees to increase product knowledge about the best hotels, destinations and cruise lines that successfully target wellness travelers and network with top executives and industry leaders within the wellness tourism segment. The conference also includes educational workshops and business training sessions covering sales and marketing strategies geared towards prospective wellness-focused clients. The show’s general sessions will feature presentations from some of the brightest minds in the health and wellness industry.
