Which is why Bit2015, due to run at the Fieramilano Exhibition Center in Rho from February 12-14, 2015 has decided to lend the industry more support than ever in its search for new business opportunities by offering early birds display spaces in the free area and exhibition packages at highly competitive rates.

Three packages are available, all coming complete with a two-day diary of pre-scheduled meetings at the booth.

BitBasic includes a 4 sq m shell scheme, plus pre-scheduled meeting diary, registration and area rental fees, standard furnishings, insurance, electricity and two exhibitor passes.

BitPremium includes a 4 sq m shell scheme, plus the same services as BitBasic, in addition to 1 parking pass, 6 meal vouchers and 3 nights’ accommodation (double room/single occupancy) in a four star hotel on a B&B basis.

SpecialBit 12 includes a 12 sq m shell scheme, plus all the services included in the BitPremium package, in addition to a storage unit to keep materials in, 2 rooms at a four star hotel on a B&B basis for three nights, and 4 exhibitor passes.

For the very first time, exhibitors will be able to rent a living room-style space for doing business and networking, inside Luxury World, the exclusive new section of Bit2015 devoted to the luxury tourism segment. The BitLuxury package includes registration fee, a furnished 6 sq m shell scheme, insurance, electricity (up to 5kW), 2 exhibitor passes, 1 parking pass, 6 restaurant vouchers, and admission for one participant in the Annual Tourism Congress that takes place during Bit2015.
