Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of Bronwen Batey as Regional Director of Marketing Communications, EMEA.

Previously Director of Strategic Accounts at Banyan Tree, Batey already has a wealth of experience with the Group having developed and managed marketing campaigns and brand partnerships in Europe.

Batey’s new role will expand to include the development of effective marketing opportunities for the hotels and brands via PR, Marketing Communications, Strategic Partnerships and Social Media. Employing an integrated approach across all promotional channels, she will manage and support the PR and marketing agencies in Europe, Middle East, Africa and the Americas, whilst continuing to lead the development of strategic partnerships on a regional and global basis.
