The Renaissance World Golf Village Resort in Jacksonville/St. Augustine, Florida is offering a golf package that includes a free round of golf on the resort’s popular Slammer & Squire championship course or renowned King & Bear championship course, as well as overnight accommodations in a deluxe guest room. The resort, which is adjacent to the World Golf Hall of Fame, was named one of the “Top 121 Golf Resorts in the World” in Condé Nast Traveler magazine’s “2012 Readers’ Poll.”

In addition to the golf and lodging included in the package the resort also provides a complimentary shuttle for individual guests to and from historic downtown St. Augustine. Other package benefits include no resort fees and complimentary self-parking.

The “Free Golf Package” starts at $169 per room, per night, plus tax for one golfer, or from $189 per room, per night, plus tax for two golfers in the room. For guests who opt to play on the King & Bear course, there is a $10 per golfer upcharge. The package is available through September 15, 2013, based on availability, with a limited number of rooms available for this promotion. Advanced reservations are required, and the offer cannot be combined with any other offer and does not apply to groups of 10 or more rooms. In addition to the resort’s two championship golf courses, guests also have access to four additional golf courses within 15 minutes of the resort, for a total of 108 holes of golf. Additionally, the resort features a fitness center, sauna, pool, hot tub, and full-service concierge.
