The Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort Casino & Spa announced today that it will open Mexicado, Aruba’s first authentic Mexican restaurant, on December 20, 2012. The family-friendly restaurant will be the first for the island and also the first for the Hyatt brand. It will feature traditional and contemporary Mexican cuisine alongside a dedicated tequila selection. In continuation of the resort’s multi-million dollar renovations, it will also unveil the refurbished Ruinas del Mar, its signature restaurant, this month; among other improvements.
“We are incredibly excited to offer the island its very first quintessential Mexican restaurant as this is a milestone not only for Aruba, but also for Hyatt,” said Fred Hoffmann, General Manager. “2012 also marked a year of improvements at the resort, from the new spa to upgraded amenities. We are proud of the result and will continuously strive to offer our guests the best possible experience.”
