Hotel Silberstein in Galapagos has announced a brand new chef in its kitchen. Francisco Larco is from the Lobo Sapiens Restaurant and previous to that, from Ecuador Gourmet Restaurant, where he was Head Chef and also was in charge of gourmet menu development. Hotel Silberstein looks to use the chef’s creations and mixtures of flavors and design in every dish/
The Hotel Silberstein’s Restaurant was recently awarded “Best Lobster in Puerto Ayora” in the competition held by Conservation International, a group that promotes using the Lobster as a whole, instead of harvesting dishes from whatever is received without the knowledge of size or of the eggs.
With a new chef comes a new menu. Jan Silberstein, Managing Director at Galextur/Hotel Silberstein, said that visitors are in for a treat.
