Funjet Vacations has announced that it is now easier and more profitable than ever to book your clients on American Airlines. Now through April 27, Funjet is lowering the deposit for all published and bulk airfares on American Airlines to $150. In addition to the lower deposit, travel agents booking American Airlines through Funjet earn 5% commission on all published fares and up to 15% commission on bulk fares.
The $150 deposit and commission opportunities are valid for all new bookings and for all departures, regardless of destination, class of service and travel dates via American Airlines. Agents can also earn an additional 2% on the hotel portion of their reservation when booking upgraded room categories at select resorts.
“Consumers who receive a tax refund might not want to part with all their money at once, but they certainly want to start planning a well earned vacation. With the lower deposit requirements, travel agents can get their clients’ vacations on the books now,” said Mike Going, president of Funjet Vacations. “Plus, when agents are selling these seats, they’ll be earning on every ticket. With our program, agents will earn at least 5% commission on their American Airlines sale.”
Additionally, all Funjet bookings are qualified for the AAdvantage® Frequent Flier Program. Clients earn AAdvantage® points for actual miles flown. Funjet also provides agents with instant access to American Airlines fare sales which makes finding the best deals for travelers easier than ever. American Airlines is one of the largest air carriers in the world serving 250 cities in 40 countries with more than 3,400 daily flights on average.
