Those who fly south to the “Bird,” will enjoy a flock of amenities from October 1 to December 15 (excluding Thanksgiving). The Bird of Paradise is offering a “Fall Migration” package to celebrate the owner’s favorite time of year in Anguilla.
Guests will be met upon arrival by the Bird’s property manager. Exclusive use of the Bird of Paradise villa, daily housekeeping and continental breakfast, and all taxes and service charge are included. A complimentary round of golf with golf cart at Temenos Golf Course and a spa treatment for each guest is also included in the special fall “migration” rate, which is as low as $355 per day per guest. An additional option is a chef package for one lunch and two dinners, with Bird of Paradise’s executive chef, servers and food included.
The Bird of Paradise villa has four master suites, each with a private veranda and breathtaking views of the Caribbean. Guests can enjoy four living areas or dining experiences as well as lagoon-style pools, all surrounded by lush landscape. The award-winning villa was recently named one of the Top 20 Villas in the World.
Fall is a spectacular time of year on Anguilla, according to the owner. If there isn’t a hurricane in the neighborhood, she says, “the wind and seas are considerably calmer than in the winter, which makes it an ideal time to play golf or visit the deserted barrier islands that surround Anguilla.” What if a hurricane does come? The Bird of Paradise will refund any days not used. Traditionally, the airlines, too, will refund tickets or change flights without penalty should a hurricane interrupt a trip.
